Mission

The Arts Education Network of Ontario (formerly known as PAONE) connects the arts education sector across the province: artist educators, arts organizations, administrators, and advocates. Our mission is to provide a collaborative, innovative and inclusive space for our members to access networking, education, and professional development opportunities. We work collaboratively to elevate and advocate for arts education in Ontario.

Vision

Our vision for the future of the Arts Education Network of Ontario is to:

• Advocate for a world where the value and importance of arts education is understood by our communities, organizations and the government;

• Strengthen our commitment to making arts education in Ontario more accessible, inclusive, adaptive, anti-racist and anti-oppressive;

• Forge stronger relationships and authentic connections across arts education workers in Ontario, including artist educators, arts organizations and administrators, and advocates.
